If you are sending MORE than 50 samples please call or email me so that your samples can be booked in, as there are peak periods when sampling is done. Smaller numbers of samples can be sent at any time that the lab is open for business. However, try to send samples earlier in the week so that samples are not left undelivered over a weekend.

Note that FEC and fluke results will be emailed on the day following receipt of the samples, unless more than 200 individual FEC counts are requested. Results of larval differentiations will be sent between 7 to 10 days following receipt of the samples.
